Noah's First First Birthday Party (aka US visit part 2)

While we were in the US we also naturally went down to Tom's River to see Matt's family. Noah got to play with his cousins, we had some good eats, time in the pool, and Noreen threw an early first birthday party for little man Noah.

US Visit

We took our visit to the US in June this year, which among other things, allowed us to bring Matt's niece Jade back with us. We were only home for a short time, and spent most of it staying in Hoboken. I did get back to Niantic for a couple of days, which was nice- my friend Jenn and I brought a very cranky Noah to the beach... he did NOT like the sand. Was it actually the sand or just his mood that day? Only time will tell.

During part of our time in Hoboken, our gracious hosts were also dog sitting a super tiny and cute puppy, Olson. He was just Noah's size.

I love Boston, but man Olson is cute...
Noah both loved and hated Riley's kisses.

OK yeah so maybe I went a little overboard on the Olson pictures

11 Months!!

A bit belated (it's been a busy past few weeks) but the 11 month mark came and went! At 11 months Noah was an expert 'cruiser'- still not walking unassisted (though he has done it, so we know he can). He loves to climb, flip upside down, and is starting to show a penchant for some of the more stereotypical 'boy' toys, like cars and trucks. I find this pretty funny since we don't really have many- most of our toys are unisex. He also loves electronics of any sort (not a shocker, I think all babies these days are obsessed with iPhones, iPads and anything else that lights up). Noah is also still toothless... but he can gum even the hardest of food like a boss!

We were back in the US for this milestone (another blog post on our trip home to follow) so we didn't get to use our usual chair!

Olivia so kindly helped me with the photo shoot
